Steve Smith is the Founder and Principal Intermediary of The Waterfront Group. Steve brings over 20 years of professional sales, marketing and general business management experience on behalf of The Waterfront Group’s privately held business owner clients. During his career, Steve has successfully negotiated buy-sell agreements for clients in a variety of industries, including firms in construction, distribution, manufacturing, business services, specialty retail and telecommunications. His many years of brokerage experience includes regional group leader for a national M&A firm.
Prior to founding The
Waterfront Group, Steve held a variety of executive positions in sales and
marketing management at several Fortune 500 telecommunications companies.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the

is the Principal Intermediary responsible for The Waterfront Group’s
Sacramento Area office. Daryl’s career includes 15 years of professional
sales, marketing and general business management experience with a variety of
Fortune 500 companies. Daryl brings to The Waterfront Group a passion to work
with people, and a successful track record of negotiating transactions in the
Food Service, Beverage, Manufacturing, Real Estate and Construction industries.
